The U-Series camera offers excellent high speed performance packed into an incredibly compact housing (29mm x 29mm x 47mm).

Ranging from VGA up to 5mp imager resolutions, the U-Series cameras are available in both grey-scale or colour models providing the maximum application flexibility.

The U-Camera Series supports the new USB 3.0 Vision communication protocol delivering ultra-high image transfer speeds to tackle even the most challenging machine vision applications when used with the MX-U processors.

Powered by IMPACT software suite, the U-Series offers over 120 inspection tools and 50 user interface controls providing the ultimate vision inspection solution.

U-Series Hardware

• The U-Series offers USB 3.0 communication for easy integration with the MX-U Series processors.
• A wide variety of models available in resolutions up to 5mp and with grey-scale and colour options.
• Extremely compact dimensions (29mm x 29mm x 47mm) enable mounting in narrow spaces.
• Asynchronous triggering allows each camera to independently capture images.

• With 50 user interface controls, IMPACT allows the development of unique inspection programs and user interfaces quickly and easily.
• The Vision Program Manager (VPM) provides hundreds of image processing and analysis functions including tools to enhance images, locate features, measure objects and read text (OCR) and 1D/2D barcodes.
• Control Program Manager (CPM) simplifies the development of operator interfaces and allows the deployment of multiple control panels for intuitive operator interaction.
