IMPACT Software Suite, with over 120 inspection tools and 50 user interface controls allows users to create unique inspection programs and develop user interfaces quickly and easily. All this can be done without the loss of flexibility or the need for vast amounts of development time.

Vision Program Manager (VPM) provides hundreds of image processing and analysis functions. Use VPM to enhance images, locate features, measure objects, check for presence or absence, and read text and barcodes.

Control Panel Manager (CPM) simplifies development of operator interfaces providing real time graphical information and the ability to make on-the-fly adjustments to critical machine controls.

For stand-alone smart cameras, IMPACT Lite provides a reduced tool set compared to full IMPACT but maintains the essential features. IMPACT Lite is ideal for feature finding, presence or absence, OCR and barcode reading applications.

IMPACT Lite Software

• Designed for use with the P-Series range of smart cameras, IMPACT Lite provides a reduced toolset but maintains essential functionality.
• With more than 25 inspection tools, IMPACT LITE software offers outstanding flexibility and simple drag and drop configuration.
• IMPACT LITE includes VPM Display, a pre-configured software application giving the operators a simple and clean monitoring display.
• Captured images are displayed in real time overlaid with configurable and colour coded sector analysis allowing easy identification of problem areas.
• Statistics are displayed and logged showing the number of good and bad inspections along with captured barcode and OCR data.
